Since the implementation of ISO9001, quality control has been our focus on project, for this we have also set up a special position personnel to carry out professional quality control of products.

   IQC
For the inspection of raw materials, in addition to brand selection we choose some reliable imported or domestic well-known brands, so as to ensure the yield and life of the device, we also need the help of the instrument to inspect some other components, such as buttons, electrolytic capacitors, batteries, PCBA and so on.







 IPQC
Every working hour, we will have two QC person do the visual check around the production line, they will check if workers are testing or assembling the smart thermostat according to the SOP, 
especially for each order, they will check the first piece product, see if everything correct and works will, to ensure the normal operation of subsequent production.


  FQC
The final quality control is strict, and generally we will use the self-designed  testing fixture to test all the key features automatically. Another test that needs to be 100% passed is aging, and each product will undergo 4 hours of 100 switching and high and low voltage impact aging tests before it can flow to the packaging team.


OQC
E-top cooperates with many European customers with its own brands, they distribute the heating thermostat in their local market,  details represent their local brand image， so OQC tests the inspector's care and patience. They need to carefully check whether the physical product is consistent with the packaging requirements of different customers, from the software version, hardware version, to the appearance of the product, and the packaging identification, all the details need to be checked one by one.
